Aussie top gun Jason Doyle has been forced out of his side’s test match with Great Britain in Glasgow this Saturday as he recovers from his Cardiff crash.
The world champion suffered a frightening fall at the Adrian Flux British SGP after catching Robert Lambert and was sent tumbling over the high side of his machine in a spill which left him briefly unconscious.
If I get the all clear, my first meeting after the 14-day rule will be Sunday. Good luck team Aussie on Saturday.

Doyle was released from hospital with a couple of minor fractures early the next day, but was ordered by doctors to rest for 14 days after sustaining a heavy knock to the head.
Subject to being given the green light by medics, he hopes to return to the track in the Individual Ekstraliga Riders Championship at Gdansk on Sunday.
But posting on Instagram, Doyle reluctantly confirmed the Glasgow showdown with the Lions comes too soon.
Ahead of his check-up, he wrote: “Heading down to Hungerford to get the brain checked! Thanks @SkidMark73 (Aussie team manager Mark Lemon) for sorting this all out.

Doyle’s absence is a huge blow to the Roos, who will be spearheaded by 2012 world champion Chris Holder, who makes only his second UK appearance of the season. He is joined by the likes of Max Fricke and Brady Kurtz.
The Great Britain side will be led by World Championship frontrunner Tai Woffinden, who joins teams up with the likes of Craig Cook, Chris Harris, Steve Worrall, Dan Bewley and Adam Ellis.
