Triple world champion Nicki Pedersen raced to 14 points for Danish side Holsted as they were crowned Metal Speedway League champions for 2021.
The Tigers won tonight’s Super Final on 42 points, with hosts Vojens second on 37, Slangerup third on 34 and Fjelsted fourth on 19.
Pedersen dropped just one point from five rides as he completed his league season in style.
He was well supported by 11 points from Rene Bach, nine from Sam Jensen, seven from Rasmus Jensen and one from Marius Nielsen.
Danish champion Anders Thomsen raced to a 14 paid 15-point maximum for Vojens as they capped a fine return to league racing in 2021 with second place. German international Kai Huckenbeck tallied 10, Nicolai Klindt scored seven paid eight and Mads Hansen and Jesper Knudsen registered three each.
European champion Mikkel Michelsen racked up 10 points for Slangerup – a figure bettered by Andreas Lyager on 10 paid 11 – while Rohan Tungate scored seven points.
Danish SGP sponsored by Ecco track reserve Frederik Jakobsen collected eight for Fjelsted, while Jonas Jeppesen scored seven.
